  • Build in Signed Phases

    Each milestone lists the work and its functional checks. Handover, ownership, and team instructions are written into the scope.

Scope & monthly care

Monthly maintenance of the accepted build. Improvement work requires a separately approved scope. Support capacity and escalation terms are signed before commitment; ongoing engineering is not included.

Not included: Google review requests and Google Business Profile work. Front-desk packages are not automatically included. Unsupported integrations, extra workflows, and ongoing engineering require a separate quote.
